nu pkAll transactions on are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently supported payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

• Deposit Payment Method & Withdrawal Payment Method must be the same — For withdrawals via a different method, please contact support.
• Deposits made from a mobile number other than your registered one may not be processed.
• Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Nu pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any attempt to arbitrage by placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match will result in account suspension if detected.
• The minimum single bet is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies by sport and market.

nu pkVarious bonuses and promotional offers are available on from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be fulfilled.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on first deposit only. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly like cash balance — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus twice, or to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, will result in all bonuses being voided.
• When you win a free bet, you receive only the winnings on top of the stake — the free bet stake itself is not returned.
• Nu pk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — though bonuses already in use will generally not be affected.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.50 will not count toward wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nu pk platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and full balance forfeiture.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance beforehand.

• Voluntary closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: An account can be locked for a specified period (from 30 days up to permanently). No login will be possible during this time under any circumstances.
• Suspended by nu pk: If a terms violation is detected, your account may be suspended without prior notice.
• The balance of a suspended account will be returned if it is found to be legitimate after investigation.

• Nu pk is not liable for any losses or service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.
• Nu pk will not be held responsible for bets lost due to user error, such as an incorrect amount or wrong selection.
